Flagler joins lawsuit against Net travel site over taxes (Daytona Beach News-Journal)

TALLAHASSEE — Attorney General Bill McCollum and six counties — including Flagler — filed lawsuits Tuesday against online-travel companies, questioning whether the firms have paid enough taxes on hotel rooms.
