US to end travel ban on HIV/AIDS patients: Obama (AFP via Yahoo! Canada News)

WASHINGTON (AFP) – President Barack Obama said Friday the United States would end a two-decade travel ban on HIV-positive visitors from abroad, hailing the move as a step toward lifting the stigma of the disease.
