Derderian allowed to travel out of state (The Providence Journal)
WARWICK – Michael Derderian, a co-owner of The Station nightclub who pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of 100 people killed in the fire there in 2003, will be allowed to travel out of state for a week in January, a Superior Court judge decided Tuesday.
